Service Areas: Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam

Delivery Requirments:  All fresh products are delivered in a refrigerated vehicle.  Indicate on your order and time frame for delivery and ensure a party is available to receive the order.  Orders will not be left.

Returns: Check over all products at time of delivery. Report any problems immediately (within 6 hours of receiving product). You will be required to complete our standard non-conformance form and provide representative pictures. Each situation will be evaluated and credit at our discretion.

Restocking or Returns: We are unable to re-stock items or accept returns for products at this time.

Cancellations: Any cancellations must be placed 48 hours in advance to be accepted. Please note that once an order reaches production, we do not allow you to change or cancel your order.

Order Minimums: For free delivery, all orders must meet a minimum of $40.00.  If the minimum dollar amount is not met, a $25.00 delivery fee will be charged to the order.

Payment: We accept Visa or MasterCard.

Terms: All orders are COD or pre-paid unless otherwise arranged. Payment must be ready for driver or product will not be left. Credit application available upon request.
